In May, the Belleville Lions Club hosted a ham sandwich sale to benefit Valley View Retirement Community’s Benevolent Fund. The fund supports residents who, through no fault of their own, have outlived their financial resources, ensuring they continue to receive the lifelong, faith-based care they deserve.

Thanks to strong community support, nearly 600 sandwiches were sold. Belleville Lions Club First Vice President Marlin Maclay recently presented a check for $1,432.94 to Valley View CEO Nicole Sarver and Director of Mission Advancement Wendy Garlock.
