Friday, April 24: Dementia Information Session

You will become a Dementia Friend by attending an interactive 60‑minute information session to learn about living with dementia and the small things you can do to show support to members of your community.
The event includes a Q&A session and light refreshments.

Wednesday, May 13: Food Truck Fest
10 AM‑3 PM | Main Parking Lot

Part of a week‑long celebration of Nursing Home Week, Food Truck Fest is a favorite spring tradition. Held in the main parking lot, residents, families, team members, and visitors can order from a variety of food vendors, from sweet treats to pretzels to barbecue.

Wednesday, May 20: Stewarding Your Resources with Purpose
3 PM | Chapel

Join us for an informative seminar with Elyse Kauffman from the Everence Foundation. This session will explore thoughtful and tax‑wise ways to support the causes you care about, including Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs), donor‑advised funds, and other planned giving options that can help you extend your generosity while planning wisely for the future.

Memory Cafe
Coming this summer

Offering a friendly, supportive place for people living with dementia—along with the care partners, family members, and friends who walk alongside them—to come together with others who truly understand. These gatherings are one or two‑hour‑long sessions that help break down stigma, build meaningful relationships, and offer moments of joy, comfort, and connection.

Thursday, June 18: The PURPLE Summer Carnival!
1-3 PM | Main Parking Lot

Painting PURPLE for Memory Support: Spend an afternoon enjoying fun with a purpose! Join our residents and team for games, crafts, and treats while showing support and raising awareness for our friends living with dementia. (This is a great event for families and volunteers – come join us!)
