This serves as a reminder that COVID is not over and we can all take precautions to keep ourselves and those we visit safe by practicing good hand hygiene, social distancing, and masking in appropriate situations. If you are feeling sick, we ask that you do not visit and plan time with your loved one when feeling better.

Visitations

CMS has kindly lifted all visitation restrictions. Suggested visiting hours are 9 AM–7 PM. All visitors must screen in upon entering the facility and wear the displayed visitor badge. Masking is no longer required but given the likelihood of fluctuating county transmission rates as well as cases on Valley View campus, masking requirements may change.  Masking updates will be reflected on the visitor kiosk alerting you of any updates.

Anyone visiting someone in isolation is required to use PPE, including an N95 mask, face shield, gown, and gloves

Recommendations

  1. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching your face, eyes and nose. Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms.
  2. Consult a healthcare provider if you experience signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath, and sore throat.
  3. Do not visit if you are not well.
