Heather Fox brings two decades of nursing and education experience to Valley View Retirement Community. Having worked in acute care settings, long-term care facilities, and other medical organizations, she quickly recognized something distinctive about VVRC: its culture of ethics and integrity.

“Adhering to high standards builds trust with our residents and their families,” she explains. “The culture here is unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. This isn’t a place where team members ‘pass the buck.’ People do their best, and take ownership for their job—even when no one else is watching.”

In her role training new staff, Heather sees the impact of this culture every day. “It’s incredible to watch how it shapes our team and reinforces the importance of ethics in resident care,” she says. Her experience, paired with VVRC’s values, ensures residents receive care guided by both skill and compassion.
